HOLD STRONG Fitness was founded in 2015 with a clear vision: To develop high-quality, aesthetic and functional training solutions that meet the highest standards.
This year we are celebrating our 10th anniversary - a decade of innovation, growth and successful projects in the fitness industry.
The founders, Rafael Seweryn and Oliver Polenz, started out selling pull-up bars. A recommendation in "Men's Health" brought the breakthrough - and with it the realization that there was a lack of professional, tailor-made solutions for fitness studios, corporate fitness and home gyms.

One outstanding example is the Myokraft project, a state-of-the-art physiotherapy and performance center that relies on our solutions.

These highly functional, transportable training stations enable authorities to carry out tactical strength and fitness training directly on site - whether in barracks, on operations or in training camps. For outdoor use, we rely on high-quality stainless steel constructions that are also powder-coated. This guarantees maximum durability, corrosion resistance and resilience - even under extreme weather conditions. Our outdoor solutions are designed to meet the highest functional and aesthetic demands.
