Orders weighing 31.5 kg or more are shipped by a forwarding agent on a pallet (free kerbside) or in special wooden transport crates.

If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
