Team Partner - Customer Consultant (M/F/D)
HOLD STRONG Fitness GmbH stands for high-quality training solutions in the areas of strength training, functional fitness and professional studio equipment. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable full-time customer advisor (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

We are looking for someone who can build trusting relationships and successfully accompany sales transactions.
Someone who thinks long-term, acts responsibly and takes responsibility for the entire sales process - from initial contact to long-term cooperation.

- Independent management of the entire sales process - from initial contact to customer support after the contract has been signed.
- Building long-term, partnership-based relationships - we focus on quality and trust.
- Ensuring a transparent process - including the preparation of offers and sales documents.
- Working with a CRM system - for efficiency, clarity and teamwork.
- Responsibility for our own sales results - we value good processes, but measure results.
- Daily office work, with a willingness to attend client appointments on site when required.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A person with experience in sales who can work with existing leads as well as proactively
- Someone who organizes their time and tasks with discipline - an entrepreneurial mindset is expressly desired
- A person with strong interpersonal skills who is a good listener and provides solution-oriented advice
- Someone who negotiates empathetically and professionally - even in challenging conversations
- An independent, proactive personality with a clear goal orientation and a sense of responsibility for sales success
- Fluency in German and very good knowledge of English (at least C1)
- Driving license class B is required, as customer appointments also take place on site
- Desirable: Enthusiasm for sport and an active lifestyle - this helps us to better understand our customers
