Conditions of participation for the FIBO Selfie Challenge
1. organizer
The FIBOSelfie Challenge is organized by HOLDSTRONG Fitness GmbH, Im Siesack 102 in 44359 Dortmund, and Fitseveneleven GmbH, Düsseldorfer Straße 40 in 65760 Eschborn (hereinafter referred to as "organizer").
2. participation requirements
Participation is free of charge and only permitted for natural personsaged 18 and over at . Employees of the organizers and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. participation period
The Challenge will take place from April 10 to 13, 2025 at FIBO in Cologne.
4. conditions of participation
To take part in the challenge, the participant must:

Take a selfie in the mirror at the organizer's stand at FIBO.

Share the image on Instagram in a public post or story.

Visibly tag the Instagram accounts @holdstrongde and @fitseveneleven_ .
5. prize and selection of the winner
A winner will be selected at random from all valid entries . The winner will receive:

A €500 voucher for the HOLD STRONG store.

A €200 voucher for the Fitseveneleven store.
The winner will be notified after April 14, 2025 via Instagram by direct message. If the winner does not respond to the message within 7days , the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen. No cash payment possible.
6. data protection
Participants agree that their Instagram posts in connection with the Challenge may be shared by the organizers on their social media channels. Personal data will only be used for the purposes of the Challenge and will not be passed on to third parties.
7. disclaimer
Instagram is not associated with this challenge and is neither a sponsor nor an organizer. The organizers assume no liability for technical malfunctions that could prevent participation. Legal recourse is excluded.
8. other
The organizers reserve the right to adjust the conditions of participation at any time or to terminate the Challenge prematurely for good cause.
