Conditions for the Advantage Card
§1 General provisions
- The company of the campaign is Hold Strong Fitness GmbH, Im Siesack 102, 44359 Dortmund (hereinafter "Company").
- The promotion is aimed exclusively at business customers (B2B) who place orders for the company's products and services.
- The campaign period extends from 31.05.2025.
- The Advantage Card can only be obtained at Fibo 2025. The cards are personalized and linked to the name of the recipient. A transfer is possible after consultation with the company.
§2 Conditions of the action
- The Advantage Card gives cardholders access to exclusive, individually tailored benefits. You can find out about the benefits of the card from your personal contact at the company and they depend on the order volume.
- The benefits granted are specifically tailored to the respective offer and the individual needs of the customer.
- The card can be redeemed within one year from the date of issue.
- The special offer can be used once per cardholder.
§3 Conditions of participation
- Only companies that complete a project at the company during the campaign period are eligible to participate.
- The Advantage Card must be presented in order to participate in the special offer.
§4 Redemption of the special offer
- The benefits granted will be taken into account in the individual offer and communicated by your personal advisor during the course of the project.
- Cash payment or combination with other promotions is excluded.
- The company reserves the right to subsequently revoke the benefits granted if the ordered products are canceled or returned.
§5 Final provisions
- The company reserves the right to terminate the promotion prematurely for justified reasons or to adjust its conditions. Customers will be notified of any changes in good time and in an appropriate form.
- All disputes in connection with this promotion are subject to German law.
- Customers can contact the company by email at info@holdstrong.de if they have any questions about the campaign.
- These conditions enter into force on 10.04.2025 and apply until the end or termination of the promotion.
